Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the iShots (InfluencerShots) mobile app and website, operated by Gosofttech Solutions, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using iShots, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use iShots.

2. Your account

• Keep your profile information accurate and your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One person may not impersonate another or create accounts for others without permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within iShots so the service can work. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including content imported from Instagram.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to post or send content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, misleading, or that infringes anyone’s rights. You also agree not to spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. You can block or report users and content from within the app.

5. Bookings between users

iShots helps photographers and creators find and contact each other. Any shoot, payment, or agreement is made directly between users. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services arranged through iShots. Please honour bookings you accept.

6. Third-party services

Connecting Instagram or other third-party services is optional and also subject to those services’ terms. You can disconnect Instagram at any time in Settings.

7. Moderation and termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account.

8. Disclaimers and liability

iShots is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use iShots after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
