InfluencerShots (“iShots”, “we”, “us”) provides a platform for photographers and creators to discover each other, share media, chat, and manage bookings. iShots is operated by Gosofttech Solutions, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India, which is responsible for your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, username, password (hashed), phone (optional), profile photo, bio, location, rates, and specialties.
• Content: posts, media you upload, captions, comments, likes, and Instagram import metadata you choose to connect.
• Messages: chat messages and attachments you send through the app.
• Support: name, email, optional phone, and message when you contact Support.
• Device & usage: approximate location (if permitted), app version, and technical logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use information

• Provide Discover, profiles, feed, chat, bookings, and Instagram import features.
• Respond to Support requests and improve the product.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, push notifications) who process data on our behalf, or when required by law.

Instagram data

If you connect Instagram, we use Instagram Login to read your basic profile (username, account ID) and the media you choose to import. We only use this data to show and import your own media inside iShots. We never post to Instagram on your behalf and never sell or share Instagram data with third parties.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, posts, media, messages, and Instagram data, except limited records we must keep by law or to prevent abuse.

Your choices

• Update profile details in the app.
• Disconnect Instagram from Settings.
• Block or report other users from their profile.
• Request account deletion from Settings → Delete My Account.

Children

iShots is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
